NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1109-MF-220 wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC was Plaintiff, and Pamela Myers (deceased), et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 22ND day of APRIL , 2014, at the hour of 10 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana. A part of the government lot number four (4) being the east fractional 1/2 of the southeast quarter of section seventeen (17), township thirty-two (32) north, range six (6) east, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point 240 feet south 17 degrees 23 minutes east of a point in the corner of a public highway known as the Robinson Road, where the same intersects the north line of the southeast quarter of section 17, township 32 north, range 6 east; from said place of beginning running thence east 137.5 feet; thence south 16 degrees 10 minutes east, 70 feet; thence south 70 degrees 59 minutes west, 127.3 feet to the center of said Robinson Road; thence north 17 degrees 23 minutes west, 115 feet to the place of beginning.
