NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE
AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Circuit Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1310-MF-0211 wherein Fifth Third Mortgage Company was Plaintiff, and Sara L. Moore, AKA Sara Moore, Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority, Midland Funding LLC as Assignee of Columbus Bank and Trust as Issuer of ASPIRE Visa, Collier's Heating and Air Condition and Kosciusko County Treasurer were Defendants requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 22nd day of April, 2014, at the hour of 100:00AM, or as soon as thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff's Office at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580 the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    Lot Number Five (5) in Good's Addition to the Town of Syracuse, as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 154A, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    Commonly known address:  1015 North Huntington Street, Syracuse, IN 46567
    Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
