TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of  Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43C01-1007-MF-00395 wherein MetLife Home Loans, a division of MetLife Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Ian P. Bagley, et al., were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the   27th  day of  August, 2013, at the hour of 10 am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 W. Main Street, Warsaw, IN 46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

SUBJECT TO ALL LIENS, EASEMENTS AND ENCUMBRANCES OF RECORD.

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
