WARSAW BOAC
WARSAW MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
WARSAW, INDIANA
    Sealed bids for the Pavement Rehabilitation project will be received by the Warsaw BOAC (hereinafter referred to as the Owner), Warsaw Municipal Airport, Terminal Building, 3000 Airport Drive, Warsaw, Indiana 46582, until 10:00 a.m. local time Tuesday, July 23, 2013 at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid will be held at 2:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, in the Board Meeting Room at the Warsaw Municipal Airport.
    The Contract Documents, including drawings and specifications may be viewed at the following locations:
    Warsaw BOAC, 3000 Airport Drive, Warsaw, IN 46582
    NGC Corp., 1410 S. Post Rd., Ste 200, Indianapolis, IN 46239
    Copies may be purchased for a Non-Refundable fee of $100.00 by placing an order through the Engineer, MGC Corp., 1410 S. Post Road, Ste. 200, Indianapolis, IN 46239, (317) 358-0450, Fax (317) 358-0453.
    Award of the contract is subject to the following federal provisions: Buy American Preferences (Title 49 U.S.C. Chapter 501), Trade Restriction Clause (49 CFR Part 30), Davis Bacon Requirements  (29 CFR Part 5), Equal Employment Opportunity (41 CFR Part 60-1.4b), Certification of Non-Segregated Facilities (41 CFR Part 60-1.8), Government Debartment and Suspension/Drug-Free Workforce (49 CFR part 29), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (49 CFR Part 26), Notice of Requirement for Affirmative Action (41 CFR Part 60-4.2).
    A certified check or bank draft payable to the Warsaw BOAC, or a satisfactory bid bond, executed by the Bidder and an approved surety company in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid proposal. Contractors awarded a contract will be required to furnish acceptable surety bonds in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract price. Said performance and material and payment shall remain in effect for twelve (12) months.
