NOTICE OF SHERIFF SALE - MF-00280 - DWYER

NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 3 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-1210-MF-00280 wherein Liberty Savings Bank, FSB was Plaintiff, and Jeff M. Dwyer, Lutheran Hospital, Kosciusko Community Hospital and Pierceton Foods, Inc. were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 25th day of   May, 2013, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 221 West Main Street, Warsaw, IN  46580, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.
    Part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 30 North, Range 5 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a bronze marker found at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes West (assumed bearing), on and along the South line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 358.4 feet to a P.K. nail at the true point of beginning; thence continuing South 90 degrees 00 minutes West, on and along said South line, being within the right-of-way of State Road Number 14, a distance of 204.5 feet to a P.K. nail; thence North 01 degree 44 minutes East, a distance of 475.0 feet to an iron pin; thence South 55 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds East, a distance of 242.9 feet to an iron pin; thence South 01 degree 44 minutes West, a distance of 337.6 feet to the true point of beginning.
    Which real property includes a former manufactured home that has become affixed and/or attached to the real property and is now an improvement thereon, and title to which passes with the real property

    Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
