MILFORD - A Silver Lake man is in critical condition at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, after a three-vehicle collision Thursday morning.

According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, Josephina R. Aronson, 61, Elkhart, was headed south on Ind. 15 near CR 1000N at 10:30 a.m. Thursday when she crossed the center line and struck a pickup driven by Rickey E. Castle, 52, Silver Lake.

The collision caused Castle's pickup to roll over several times before coming to rest off the road.

Castle suffered severe head injuries and was airlifted to Parkview, where he was listed in critical condition this morning.

After Aronson's vehicle struck Castle's pickup, police said she continued and struck a car driven by Jason J. Locke, 36, Leesburg.

Locke was not injured.

Aronson was taken to Goshen General Hospital, where she was treated for minor injuries and released.

Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the accident.
