The old grape arbor inside the Warsaw Biblical Gardens was torn down and a new one was built over the past year. Local artist and Warsaw Parks Dept. employee Dustin Wiggs (C) led a group of volunteers in rebuilding the arbor. Pictured with Wiggs in front of the new arbor are Warsaw Biblical Gardens Board of Directors (L to R) Jon Garber, Ann Zydek, Larry Plummer and Pardee Gunter. Board members not pictured are Paul Refior and Sally Hogan. Photo by David Slone, Times-Union.

Dustin Wiggs, a local artist, Warsaw resident and Park Dept. employee, stepped up to lead a group of volunteers to rebuild it – bigger and stronger. Wednesday, April 22, 2015
