A fire broke out at 412 W. Perry St., Warsaw, around 11 a.m. today. According to county records, the home is owned by James F. and Judy A. Dubbs. A neighbor, Bob Montel, said he noticed the front porch was engulfed in flames and called for someone to dial 911, and then yelled for the occupants of the home to exit out the rear door. Both occupants and their dog made it to safety. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory responded to the blaze.
