The following is a list of activities at Bell Memorial Public Library, Mentone:

Story Hour – Every Wednesday at 3 p.m. and every Friday at 10 a.m., children listen to a story, sing songs and make a craft.

Lego Club –  meets at 1 p.m. Saturday.

Movie Monday – Come join us at 1 p.m. on Monday.  Our feature film will be “A Country Wedding.” Popcorn and a beverage will be provided.

Calling all Crafters – Join us from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday.  We will be making beaded hat pins.  Cost for this class is $5 and is limited to 20 participants.  Sign up is requested.  

Summer Reading Program – Bell Memorial Public Library’s 2018 Summer Reading Program begins June 4.  It’s open to all age groups and sign up beings on May 21.  This year’s theme is “Libraries Rock.”

The program runs for six weeks, from June 4 to July 13.  You must have a library card to participate; contact the library for more information on how to get one.   Remem-ber: all students attending Tippecanoe Valley schools are eligible to receive a library card.    

We have a number of Book Buddies Kits available for check out.  These kits contain storybooks as well as manipulatives.  These are a great way to get the kids involved and interested in reading.
