I hear a lot about the tax abatement proposed to be allowed by the county to Biomet.
I see that a lot of money is on the table. Promises of a lot of jobs maybe, too. But who and where from is the question.
It’s no secret that U.S corporations recruit heavily from countries like India, Pakistan, China, etc. Many also actually open training schools in these countries. It’s the way around hiring qualified U.S. workers for less money. They always argue they can’t find qualified workers in the U.S. That's a crock. Its all about cheap labor.
When this public meeting comes about, you best hold their loving corporate feet to the fire.
