Susan Kay Stafford, 62, Winona Lake, went to be with her Lord and Savior at 11:10 a.m. Aug. 21, 2014, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
She was born Nov. 24, 1951, in Warsaw, to John Howard and Thelma Nancy Maynard Stafford.
She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, where she was a Warsaw High School graduate. In January 1986 she was employed by Warsaw Community Public Library as an administrative assistant. She worked there until her passing. She was a member of Faith Fellowship in North Manchester. She enjoyed reading, traveling and especially spending time with her friends and family.
She leaves behind her sister, Jewel Hatfield, South Bend; a niece, Virginia Hatfield, South Bend; her adopted Addair Family; and special caregivers Tracy Bloom-Kenney and Renee Sweeny, both of Warsaw. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and her brother-in-law.
A memorial service will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, and officiated by Pastor Don Horn and assisted by Pastors Andrew and Connie Wyckoff.
