NLC Announces All-Conference Selections

The Northern Lakes Conference announced its girls basketball all-conference team on Tuesday. Warsaw finished tied for second in the league and placed two girls on the team. Junior Maddie Ryman and sophomore Kaylee Patton were first-team selections. Junior Kaci Bragg was tabbed as honorable mention.

Wawasee ended tied for the fourth in the NLC and placed senior Aubrey Kuhn and junior Casey Schroeder on the first team. 

Northridge won the NLC and placed two players on the team, senior Brooke McKinley and junior Morgan Litwiller. NorthWood added senior Savannah Feenstra and sophomore Maddy Payne as first-team nods. Senior Ali Andrews and junior Halle Reichard were first-team members for Plymouth. Senior Sierre Peete was named first team for Memorial and junior Alexa Porter received the honors for Concord. 

Northridge head coach Doug Springer was named the Coach of the Year. 

Tippecanoe Valley Places Three On TRC All-Conference Team

The Three Rivers Conference named members to its girls basketball all-conference and honorable mention teams on Tuesday. Tippecanoe Valley led all schools with three selections. Senior Addy Miller and juniors Sophie Bussard and Emily Peterson earned all-conference honors for the Lady Vikings. Asia O’Connor was named to the honorable mention team for Valley.

Junior Ellie Snep was tabbed as all-conference for Whitko and junior Kennedy Fierstos was selected for Manchester. Emily Duggins (Whitko) and Sydney Day (Manchester) were honorable mention selections.

North Miami had junior Adria Hartley and sophomore Caily Bolser received all-conference nods. Northfield had juniors Ariel Dale and Kelcie Thomson named to the list. Peru had one player make the list, junior Harmoni Stone, and Southwood had one as well, Morgan Farr. 

Seniors Kennedy Musselman and Morgan Ruff were selected for Rochester. Senior Bailey Yokum and sophomore Carmen Higdon received the honors for Wabash.
