n 4:25 p.m. Tuesday – William Corey Southall, 30, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, No. 183, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.
n 7:18 p.m. Tuesday – Harley Antony Maples, 22, no address provided, arrested for criminal trespassing. No bond set.
n 9:29 p.m. Tuesday – Tori Marie Cleveland, 21, of 312 Old 30 West, Atwood, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $750.

n 5:39 p.m. Tuesday – West CR 700S, 20 feet west of South CR 450W, Claypool. Driver swerved to avoid collision, left roadway and rolled vehicle over. Driver: Anna R. Baney, 17, West CR 700S, Claypool. Injuries: Baney complained of abdominal pain; passenger Brenna L. Baney, 15, same address, complained of head pain. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

n 12:35 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South Ind. 15 and West CR 300S, Warsaw. Driver lost control of vehicle and struck a utility pole, rolling the vehicle over several times. Driver: James Ocran, 18, North Union Street, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
n 3:03 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Hepler and Tippecanoe drives, Warsaw. Driver lost control of vehicle and struck utility pole. Driver: Timothy A. Zickafoose, 51, Plymouth. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
n 3:43 a.m. Tuesday – West Ind. 14, 1,600 feet west of South CR 600W, Silver Lake. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Larry J. Barnes, 38, South Clay Street, Claypool. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.
n 1:31 p.m. Tuesday – West U.S. 30, 500 feet west of North CR 875W, Etna Green. Vehicle struck deer. Driver: Hassan Abdulkadir, 27, Nashville, Tenn. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

n 5:05 p.m. Tuesday – Police performed an emergency detention in the 700 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
n 5:18 p.m. Tuesday – An Etna Green man reported vandalism to Heritage Park football field in the 100 block of East High Street. KCSD.
n 10:24 p.m. Tuesday – Police responded to a report of a runaway in the 900 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.
