The Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department offers a free, weekly parent-child program full of activities, crafts, stories and more.
The program runs every Wednesday through Aug. 6 from 1 to 2 p.m. This is a free program for children ages 3 to 7 and will be held in the Pete Thorn Center Activities Room, 800 N. Park Ave.
Each week features themes for the kids. The remaining themes are Wednesday – pirates; June 18 – magic; June 25 – personal safety (with Warsaw Police Department); July 2 – jungle adventure; July 9 – pearly white teeth; July 16 – princes and princesses; July 23 – singing and dancing; July 30 – penguins; and a mystery theme Aug. 6.
