WINONA LAKE – Grace College students studying sports management are holding an event on behalf of the Animal Welfare League on Sunday.
The event will take place at 2 p.m. at Miller Field, 717 E. Pierceton Road (King's Highway), Winona Lake, just down from the main Grace College campus.
There will be multiple fun competitions including batting challenges, corn hole toss challenges, spike ball and more, according to AWL Executive Director Darla McCammon.
All ages are welcome. Sign-up sheets are available at the college, or sign up the day of the event.
Tickets to compete are only $3 per event.
The Animal Welfare League will have pets available for play, petting and adoption. Snacks and drinks will be available, and there will be prizes for winning challengers.
All proceeds will go to the Animal Welfare League.
